Mindset: The New Psychology of Success

Mindset: The New Psychology of Success - Carol S. Dweck This book has an important message, one that I needed to hear, but its probably only essay-length. It became a book only through repetition. Skim to the back and take a look at the comparison chart of fixed- and growth-mindsets. Or do a Google search and find it out there somewhere.

A much more engaging version of the same then is Art and Fear.
